Cameron’s success as a day trader was very surprising. Raised in Southern Vermont, Ross Cameron attended a prestigious New Hampshire preparatory academy called the Dublin School. After earning a BA in Fine Arts from Vermont College he moved to New York and began dabbling in day trading.

Lots Of Losses

In New York, Ross Cameron had a full-time job and did day trading in his spare time. His goal was to make about $500 a week day trading to supplement his salary. Sadly, Cameron quickly lost $15,000 a day trading penny stock.

But he realized he could have made money. So instead of quitting, he spent 2 years creating a consistent day trading method that worked. It included focusing on choosing 2 to 3 stocks to invest in each day. In 2012, Ross Cameron set up a blog to document the process of learning to day trade.

Becoming A Millionaire

Taking $583.15, Ross Cameron created a micro-trading account in January 2017. Using the day trading tactics he developed, in 45 days his trading account had over $100,000 in it. By January 2018, Ross Cameron’s trading account had amassed about $335,000 (Reddit).

The account had a million dollars in it by 2019. By December 2022, the financial mentor had used his unique day trading method to make over $10 million. Today Ross Cameron lives in the Berkshires in western Massachusetts with his wife and two children. He enjoys tinkering with antique diesel engines, gardening, sailing, and teaching people how to make money day trading.
