Robert Kraft

Robert Kraft is an American businessman who is worth a billion dollars. He owns the New England Patriots and other sports teams through his company, The Kraft Group. Kraft is also the chairman and chief executive officer of the Kraft Group, which Kraft started in 1998. As the owner of The Kraft Group, he has helped the New England Patriots grow and do well. Kraft was born in Massachusetts in 1941 in the town of Brookline. In 1963, he got his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. After that, Kraft attended Harvard Management School and earned his MBA in 1965. Kraft started his career in the paper and packaging industries after he graduated from college. He rose through the ranks to become CEO of International Forest Products.

Robert Kraft bought the Patriots for $172 million in 1994. The Patriots have won six Super Bowls under his leadership. Kraft helped build Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place, the Patriots’ home stadium and shopping mall.
