Colcom Foundations Contribution To The Fight Against The Mass Extinction

Sustainability is at the center of the Earth’s natural function. Cordelia A. May, the founder of the Colcom Foundation, created the organization in May 1996, recognizing the balance and beauty of nature and the need to protect the Earth for sustainability.

Colcom Foundation prioritizes support for environmental protection. The Foundation supports organizations that aim to conserve endangered species, preserve natural ecosystems, and encourage sustainable living. The National Wildlife Federation, the Nature Conservancy, and the World Wildlife Fund have all received money from the Foundation. The Foundation understands the value of these groups in preserving a healthy world as they seek to conserve natural resources and ecosystems.

The Foundation only received accolades and funding after the demise of its founder. The same has not been a drawback because its opinion is that its compassion has tremendously contributed to a clean and healthy environment.

May, at the tender age of twenty-three years, championed family planning as a tool that could control the human population and promote a balanced ecosystem. The Foundation believes that Mrs. May’s compassion and foresight have extensively benefitted the ecological balance. The Foundation believes that future historians will judge its founder in a good light and among the greatest advocates and reformers who fought for positive change.

The Colcom Foundation comprehends that the cycle of life is at the core of the ecosystem. Nonetheless, the Foundation recognizes the impact of voluntary human activity and conduct on the mass extinction of species inhabiting the Earth. The Colcom Foundation focuses on remedying the environmental damage caused by human activities and overpopulation, mainly in Southwest Pennsylvania.

The Foundation is hinged on the humanity, equality, and dignity of every individual to access a clean environment. A healthy environment is at the root of which life grows and is a fundamental aspect of the continuity of a beautiful and balanced planet.

The Colcom Foundation has focused on activities aimed at promoting the conservation of the environment from human activity. The Foundation supports undertakings that foster a healthy environment, including but not limited to ;

Promoting family planning in a bid to control overpopulation, which is a great contributor to mass extinction

Promoting sustainable immigration laws and regulations to ensure an ecological footprint only holds a limited human population, which it can comfortably support.

Funding conservation projects, including undertakings that preserve land, water catchment areas, unique ecology, and proper waste management practices, including zero-littering and recycling. See this page for additional information.
