Ron Gutman Helps Ukraine´s COVID Menace

Ron Gutman is an entrepreneur, investor, and inventor who has founded and assisted numerous non-profit organizations. Gutman has served at various institutions, such as Stanford University, where he was a lecturer and the founder and first chief executive of HealthApp, an interactive health company.

Healthcare expert Ron is also an associate and the co-president of Intrivo Health Tech Company, based in Miami. This establishment uses AI technology to handle COVID.

How Ron Gutman of Intrivo Is Helping Ukraine Overcome the COVID Threat

The Russian invasion made Ukraine more vulnerable to COVID threats because the Ukrainians could no longer protect themselves from this pandemic as they were running away from the war. This made Ron Gutman visit Ukraine to assist the country’s citizens in overcoming the COVID perils.

The Ukrainians overcrowded the safe western regions such as Lviv and overburdened the hospitals in this city and also refugee camps. Ron Gutman says these people want to protect their freedom, but COVID affects them as the number of infections is significantly rising.

His company, Intrivo, makes computer platforms and COVID test kits that can allow hospitals to discover a cluster of COVID cases and therefore isolate those people. He donated $1 million worth of COVID hardware, software, and testing kits to various hospitals in Ukraine during his travels. Ron Gutman is enrolling other healthcare establishments to join him in going back to Ukraine to deliver more equipment to the struggling hospitals in that country.
