The day that I learned about Tieks in a review, I couldn’t believe it. Two hundred dollars for a pair of ballet slippers seemed a bit much to me. I thought Tieks flats were really cute, but I couldn’t justify making this purchase on a bartender’s salary in New Zealand. I held out for as long as I could, but I finally purchased a pair four years later.
