has appointed Michael Polk as the Interim Chief Executive Officer, following
the departure of former CEO Seth Richards and President Todd Vore. The

Michael Polk brings a substantial background in the consumer products industry to his new

2011 to 2019. His extensive career also includes leadership positions at
