Implus Corporation Announces New Interim CEO Michael Polk

Implus Corporation, a leader in athletic and fitness accessories, has appointed Michael Polk as
its new Interim Chief Executive Officer. The announcement follows the
transition of former CEO Seth Richards and President Todd Vore, who will be
leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. 

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus Corporation. Serving as
the President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019, Polk has also held
key leadership positions at Unilever and Kraft. His extensive background in the
consumer products sector makes him a valuable addition to the Implus team.
Additionally, Michael Polk is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of
Colgate-Palmolive and Logitech International. 

In his new role, Michael Polk aims to accelerate the growth of Implus Corporation’s diverse
portfolio of brands, which includes Sof Sole®, Balega®, and Yaktrax®. “I

Polk. “Implus has built a terrific portfolio of leading brands in on-trend categories.”
